1:00 Apologies: Cris Thacker*/Anne Lyall/Donna Collins
*CT arrived to attend the meeting at 9.05pm and apologised for not
being able to attend earlier, due to work commitments.

In attendance: Pauline Jaffray

Chair, CB welcomed everyone to the meeting and thanked AL&CT for organising the opening of the hall and the supply of refreshments in their absence.

Minutes of a special meeting held on Tuesday 5 September 2107 were also approved by Cllr Thacker and seconded by Cllr Hanvidge.

2:00 Approval of Minutes of Meeting held on 25 April, 2017: The minutes were approved as a true record by Cllr Macdonald and seconded by Cllr Bruce.

4:00 Police Business: No report submitted. The next CAPP meeting is due to take place on Monday 5 June, 2017 at 7.30pm in Dunbar Police Station. Cllr Macdonald is unable to attend but will contact PC Gavin Ross with any items raised from tonight’s meeting.
