Crisis Handling Awareness Course – Free

CHANGES Community Health Project is running a course designed to raise awareness of how to help people who are in crisis, including the crisis of suicide.

The course is free to anyone who lives or works in East Lothian and is funded by the Health and Social Care Partnership in East Lothian.

There are two courses running over the next two months, one in February 2021 and one in March 2021. The details are noted below along with a link to the appropriate booking form. There is a maximum of 20 spaces per course, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Changes 1st Response Service

CHANGES 1st RESPONSE SERVICE – a crisis support service open to adults across East Lothian. Currently a telephone support provision for anyone struggling to cope or feeling mounting pressure. 1 hour telephone appointments offered usually for the same day/next day (Monday-Friday).
