How Coronavirus is Affecting You – EU Research Project

Edinburgh University’s Generation Scotland team and network are urgently researching the effect the Covid-19 situation – and the government’s policies regarding it – are having on the lives of people in the U.K., and, importantly, who is being affected.

It is a major survey of which interim results are already beginning to have an impact at national policy level in Scotland.

Interested in Health Research?

The Edinburgh Clinical Research Facility which is run by the University of Edinburgh and NHS Lothian are looking for patients, carers, family and those with an interest in health research to get involved in their Patient and Public Involvement Advisory Group.

 The Advisory Groups’ role is to advise researchers and make sure researchers consider patients views when designing and carrying out research.

 They do have an existing panel but need to get more patients involved and are keen to get patients from East Lothian on board the panel.
