If you need urgent help, text YM to 85258.
All texts are answered by trained volunteers, with support from experienced clinical supervisors.
Texts are free from EE, O2, Vodafone, 3, Virgin Mobile, BT Mobile, GiffGaff, Tesco Mobile and Telecom Plus.

Parents Helpline

Call the Parents Helpline for detailed advice, emotional support and signposting about a child or young person up to the age of 25.

Call for free on 0808 802 5544 from 9:30am – 4pm, Mon – Fri.
The Parents Helpline is available in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

They want to assure you that their team of youth workers and volunteers are still on hand through this challenging time. The phone lines, live chat and text service are open from 9am-9pm every day and their Coronavirus Support Hub is also available for advice and guidance. So, don’t feel alone.
