cancer fundraiserCome join in the fun and help raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, St Columba’s Hospice and Maggie’s Centre in Oldhamstocks Village on Saturday 16th May.

Fun dog show, afternoon teas, fruit & smoothie bar, wine bar, pizza van, ice cream van.

Home baking, horticulture and craft stalls, children’s corner with face painting, music workshop, story telling etc.

Silent Auction 1pm to 3pm

Raffle draw 3:30pm to 4pm

Music in the Church…flutes, an accordion and a singer songwriter.

Join in the Cycle Challenge to complete 100 miles of the Cocklaw circuit during the afternoon. Cyclists and runners of all ages invited to take part and help complete the 100 miles. Small donation to enter each lap. Cycles will be provided but do bring your own. All ages encouraged to enjoy this fun event!

Bridge-cardsTables are still available for a Bridge Night this Wednesday, 13th May, 6:45 for 7pm, in Cockburnspath Village Hall as part of Oldhamstocks 10th Anniversary Cancer Fundraiser. 2:00 Introductions Cllr Bruce introduced Mr Jason Ormiston from Innerwick who was
co-opted onto the committee filling the Innerwick Vacancy for the
remaining term of office.
3:00 Lothian Broadband Cllr. Bruce introduced Mr David Walls & Mr Ian Smith from Lothian Broadband who were invited to present an overview of what their company could provide to address the superfast broadband shortfall in rural areas.
