East Lothian Council will be carrying out surface dressing works on several roads between Monday 23rd July to Tuesday 24th July 2018 including C131 BIELMILL, U196 WOODHALL to WEATHERLY and U204 AIKENGALL.
In order to comply with current Health & Safety legislation, it will be necessary to close the road to through vehicular traffic during working hours 06:00 to 20:00 daily.

A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order has been issued by East Lothian Council for a Road Closure in Stenton. A section of the main street is expected to be closed from 11th June 2018 for up to 5 days to facilitate construction works. Please click here to see the TTRO and diversion routes.
Emergency and Pedestrian access will be maintained during this time and steel plate evacuation will allow the school bus to pass at 08:20 and 16:25 Monday to Thursday and 08:20 and 12:30 on Friday.

Stenton Gala will be held today – Saturday 26th May on Stenton village green and hall. The fun kicks off with the children’s ‘Film & Game’ fancy dress on the green at 1:30pm. The gala will officially open at 2pm.
